– Cash on Delivery (COD) for Astro Products is only in India. (Rs.100 Extra will be charged for it.)
– Please note that shipping times do not account for unforeseen courier delays due to any problems.
– Shipments to Canada, Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil may experience customs-related delays.
– Standard delivery to certain countries may take 18-30 days, like Cayman Islands, Dominica, Guadeloupe, Honduras, Libya, New Caledonia, Fiji, Nicaragua, and Trinidad & Tobago.

– Our trusted logistics partners include USPS, FedEx, DHL, Shiprocket, and more.
– We ship only to verifiable addresses and do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
3. Tracking Your Order
– If you have an account with us, log in to check the order status. If it’s marked as fulfilled/completed, your order has been dispatched.
– Upon dispatch, you’ll receive an email from us containing the parcel’s tracking number and a tracking URL for monitoring its progress.
– Ensure your email address is provided for tracking updates, and sharing your mobile number is advisable for better communication.
– If needed, you can also mail us at contact@astrovibrance.com, and we’ll gladly assist with tracking.
4. Shipping as a Gift
– Surprise a special person in your life by gifting them our products.
– All items are shipped in beautiful packaging without an invoice, allowing you to send them directly to your chosen recipient.
5. International Taxes and Duties
– Astrovibrance.com is not responsible for any custom duties or taxes or VAT applied to your package in your country. You will be responsible for any of the additional charges that may apply.
– In rare cases, customs may request an invoice. Simply share our order confirmation email to comply.
– If you choose to decline/return a parcel, you will be refunded minus a return shipping charge.
– For international shipments outside India, website prices exclude sales tax, and VAT is not collected at checkout. VAT and customs fees will be charged directly by the shipping service provider in your destined country.
6. Working Days
– We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding official bank/national holidays.
