Our refund policy is divided into two parts, one for astrological and numerological consultations and the other for astro products like gemstones, crystals, tree roots, pooja items, jewelry, etc. Please read these policies clearly before making any transaction.
Refund Policy for Astrological Consultations
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations Before 72 Hours: If a client cancels their appointment 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled date and time, no cancellation fee will be charged. The client will receive a full refund without any questions asked.
- Cancellations Within 72 Hours: Appointments canceled up to 10 minutes before the scheduled date and time will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total fee paid. From the 9th minute onward, no refunds will be processed.
Refund Policy
- All refunds will be issued after deducting transaction charges levied by the bank or payment gateway.
- In cases where multiple payments are made for the same order, duplicate payments will be fully refunded (without deduction of transaction charges) after retaining the cost of a single order.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed and credited back to the client’s account within 72 business hours from the time the cancellation request is confirmed. Refund and Return Policy for Astro Products
Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can mail us at contact@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method.
Important Notes
- Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are not refundable.
- Return shipment is at the customer’s cost.
- Payment gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded.
- Additionally, the return payment will not refund any additional lab certificates ordered.
Returns can take 7 business days to process (from the date the product is received at our address). Please note that the credit card company or bank may take another week to reflect that in your account.
Return Procedure
In case you are returning or replacing a product, please take the following steps:
1.Contact us and get a Return Authorization. Add Product, Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, etc.
2.Please pack the items carefully and send them only through a reputed courier with insurance for the package. Take the courier tracking information and share it with us.
We recommend returning the product through the ‘Blue Dart’ service from your nearest Blue Dart branch.
Please note that customized products cannot be returned.
In the unlikely case of receiving a defective product, please send us an image of the product and your order number so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
EXCHANGES
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. You can replace them with a different size, color, or another product of the same value as per availability (if the price is more significant, you will be prompted to pay the difference).
Please contact us with your product number and the product(s) you wish to exchange, and we’ll help you. Exchanged products will be subject to a return shipment charge, which you will bear.
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
