Astrological consultations are conducted online via phone, video call, or email. By booking a consultation, you consent to being contacted via phone or email, even if your number is registered under the Do Not Disturb (DND) registry.

Astro products are intended for spiritual use only. Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our ability; however, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to device settings or natural product characteristics.

4. Pricing, Payments & Shipping

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI.

Prices, services, and products are subject to change or discontinuation without prior notice.

Shipping is available for domestic and select international locations. Delivery timelines and charges are displayed at checkout. Delays caused by third-party logistics providers are beyond our control.

5. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Astrological consultation & services fees are nonrefundable.

Astro products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Custom-made or personalized items (including energized gemstones or customized jewelry) are not eligible for return or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. To initiate a return, please contact us at astrovibrance@gmail.com.

All services and products are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
