1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in India for products. An additional ₹150 cash-on-delivery charge applies.
- Please make a proper end-to-end unboxing video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen courier delays.
- Express shipments are insured, but standard shipments are not.
- Shipments to Canada, Middle Eastern countries, and Singapore may face customs-related delays, and standard delivery might take 18–30 days.
2. Worldwide Shipping
- We proudly ship our products worldwide through trusted courier partners.
- Our logistics partners include USPS, DHL, Blue Dart, India Post, and others.
- We ship only to verifiable physical addresses and do not ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Log in to your account to check your order status. Orders marked as Fulfilled/Completed have been dispatched.
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
- Please ensure your email address is correct. Providing a mobile number is recommended for better delivery updates.

4. Shipping as a Gift
All orders are shipped in beautiful packaging without an invoice, making them perfect for gifting directly to your loved ones.
5. International Taxes & Duties
- Astrovibrance is not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or taxes applied in your country. The customer has to pay all duties and tariffs in their country.
- Any applicable taxes & duties must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
- Customs may request an invoice; simply share your order confirmation email.
- If a shipment is declined or returned, refunds will be processed minus return shipping charges.
- For international orders outside India, prices exclude VAT and sales tax, which are charged by local authorities.
6. Working Days
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding official bank and national holidays.
